Barre Above® is a totally unique approach to barre workouts as you've seen them. Fusing the best of pilates, yoga, aerobics, and elements of the strengthening exercises dancers do, Barre Above® delivers a results-driven workout that is not only fun and dynamic, but it will sculpt your body and get you into absolutely amazing shape.

Power Yoga

Is a fitness based approach to vinyasa-style yoga…a challenging, flowing sequence of poses that wakes up your body and increases your heart rate.

Gentle Yoga

This slow-moving practice will help relieve tension, learn to connect with the breath and help students work on strength, flexibility and balance. This would be a great class for beginners, prenatal and everyone at all-levels.

 Pumped Up Strength

Pumped Up Strength is a new approach to resistance training. Utilizing combination movement patterns in a targeted, rhythmic progression, its superpower is the dynamic integration of upper and lower body movements set to fun music. The result? A sweat-drenched, functionally efficient workout that will challenge your body in new ways, improve lean muscle mass, and rev your metabolism.
